Acknowledgment and Acceptance
Central Garden & Pet Company, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates ("Central") require that all participants in the Zilla-Rules Reward Program (the “Program”) comply with the following rules and regulations. By participating in the Program, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to these rules, terms, and conditions, as they may be modified by Central from time to time (the "Rules, Terms, and Conditions"), and that your use of this Web site and your participation in the Program is subject to these Rules, Terms, and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Rules, Terms, and Conditions, please do not participate in the Program. Central reserves the right, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, to modify these Rules, Terms, and Conditions, and any of the rules, procedures, and conditions pertaining to the Program at any time.Please check periodically for changes and the most current version of the Rules, Terms, and Conditions.
Central Privacy Policy
Central is committed to maintaining the privacy of Eligible Participants (as defined herein) in the Program and the personal information of those Eligible Participants. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.Eligible Participants
The Program is open only to residents of the United States of America ages 13 and older who reside in the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Persons under the age of 13 or those who reside in countries other than the United States or those who reside in Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, commonwealths or possessions are not eligible to participate in the Program. All requests received from persons under the age of 13 or those who reside in countries other than the United States or those who reside in Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, commonwealths or possessions, shall be void.Central's site and the Program are not directed to or intended to be used by children under the age of 13. Central reserves the right at any time to limit Central Z-POINTS (as defined below) usage and participation in the Program.
Employees of Central, its affiliates, agents, marketing and promotional agencies, and the immediate families and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Z-POINTS
Z-POINTS are available on “Zilla” product packaging sold by Central with a Z-POINTS coupon. Eligible Participants must purchase Zilla products that have the Z-POINTS coupon to obtain the Z-POINTS. The Z-POINTS value for each specially marked Zilla product will be clearly visible on the outside of the Zilla product packaging on the coupon. Z-POINTS are calculated based on the value stated on the coupon of the Zilla product that is purchased and are allocated in increments of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, or 200 Z-POINTS. Z-POINTS Coupons have no cash value. Z-POINTS are not sold separately.Z-POINTS Rewards
Eligible Participants who have purchased Zilla product with Z-POINTS coupons may visit www.zilla-rules.com/rewards to view program details and a list of items they can obtain by redeeming points. Items for redemption will not be anything generally sold to Central customers. Items will include things like tee shirts, bandanas, or posters. Only original Z-POINTS coupons may be sent in to obtain a reward. If the Z-POINTS coupons sent in for redemption exceed the number of Z-POINTS required for redemption of the desired item or items, Central will be unable to return any remaining Z-POINTS and they will be forfeited. The act by any Eligible Participant of clipping and saving Z-POINTS coupons does NOT create any contractual obligation or relationship between the Eligible Participant and Central.Central reserves the right to refuse refund of Z-POINTS to an Eligible Participant if merchandise is returned. In the event a redemption item is out of stock or discontinued, Central reserves the right to either not replace the item and to return the Z-POINTS, or to replace the item with one item or multiple items of equal or better value.
Central assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, electronic or telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program; or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions or downloading, that may limit, delay or prevent an Eligible Participant’s ability to participate in the Program. Central is also not responsible for typographical, photographic or other errors or omissions in either its rewards materials or its website. Central reserves the right to reject redemption orders in the event of such an error.
Central is not responsible for lost or stolen Z-POINTS coupons and will not replace Z-POINTS coupons that have been lost or stolen.
Transferability of Z-POINTS
Z-POINTS may be transferred only to Eligible Participants as defined herein. Eligible Participant Obligations
Eligible Participants shall comply with all rules, laws, and regulations that are applicable. Eligible Participants acknowledge that they may only participate in the Program if and to the extent such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations. Central may restrict, modify, or terminate an Eligible Participant's participation in the Program without liability to the Eligible Participant or any other party, if an Eligible Participant violates any law, rule, or regulation, or if an Eligible Participant's participation in the Program could violate any law, rule, or regulation.Eligible Participants agree to provide only accurate and true information to Central at all times and to comply with all the Rules, Terms, and Conditions governing the Program at all times.
Central reserves the right to terminate at any time the participation of any Eligible Participant who violates these Rules, Terms, and Conditions or for any other reason, within Central’s sole discretion. All decisions made by Central concerning the Program are final.
Termination of the Program
Central reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue the Program at any time with or without notice. Central shall not be liable to any Eligible Participant, Z-POINTS transferee, or any other person should Central exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Program.Disclaimer of Warranties
Eligible Participants expressly agree that participation in the Program is discretionary and at the Eligible Participant's sole risk. Further, all goods or services offered in connection with the Program are provided on a strictly "as is" and "as available" basis without any legal warranties. Central shall not be liable or responsible for those guarantees, warranties and representations, if any, offered by Program manufacturers or suppliers of goods or services. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by an Eligible Participant from Central through the Program shall create any warranty.
Limitation of Liability
CENTRAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, RELATING TO THE PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MIGHT NOT APPLY TO YOU. Central is not responsible for any damages or losses that result from participating or inability to participate in the Program, or reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided on or through the Program.Central is not responsible and assumes no liability for any changes or discontinuances of service from providers that may affect offers or the accrual of Z-POINTS. In no event shall Central's liability, either jointly or severally, exceed the amount of $100. THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS OF SERVICES PUBLISHED ON CENTRAL’S WEBSITE OR A LINKED SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, AND CENTRAL SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SUCH INACCURACIES OR ERRORS. CENTRAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT REDEMPTION ORDERS IN THE EVENT OF AN ERROR. CENTRAL DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE CONTENT ON ITS SITE IS COMPLETE OR UP-TO-DATE. CENTRAL IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO UPDATE ANY CONTENT ON ITS SITE. CENTRAL MAY CHANGE THE CONTENT ON ITS SITE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
