A generous 21/8" in diameter,the Cord Access Port can be fastened to any screen material or acrylic sheet 3/32" (2.36 mm)or less in thickness. To install simply cut a hole, snap the two components of the port together and add a plug that keeps reptiles and feed insects from exiting the terrarium
